I have always struggled with weight and balancing exercise along with family and work. After discovering CrossFit in 2016, things started to come together. I am still a work in progress but our CrossFit community has helped me find the balance and stay motivated. I would like to help others do the same.
Having coached youth sports for the past 10 years, I have seen how responsible coaching can have a positive impact on people's lives. I hope to inspire individuals to embrace health and fitness as a lifestyle.
